- Pickup and delivery service
All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
- Pickup and Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information.
- We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled times but do not guarantee exact delivery times.
- Access to the pickup/drop-off location must be safe and accessible.
- Garment Care & Liability
- We will use reasonable care in handling all garments.
- Items left in pockets are the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for damage due to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Manufacturer defects
- Improper labeling or care instructions
- Any claims for damaged or lost items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Lost or Damaged Items
Liability for lost or damaged items will be limited to:
- The fair market value of the item, taking into account depreciation
- Missed Pickups or Deliveries
- If we cannot complete a scheduled pickup or delivery due to customer unavailability or access issues, rescheduling may be required.
- Repeated missed appointments may result in service refusal or additional costs
- Payment Terms
- Payment is collected at time of completion of order.
- Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of service.
